Bulk Hair Fusion is where keratin is applied and bonding is achieved by rolling with the hair. If the client has already had Pre-Tip Bonding hair extensions applied and after the removal of the hair extensions, there is no bond left, this procedure would be an ideal option so the hair is re used. The hair can be cut off in bulk to use from a weft, I tip, or U tips with this technique. With this technique bulk hair can be made thinner or thicker according to client requirement.
